The insights page needed a revamp to be aligned to the new brand design that is carried across other pages.
The insights page is a vital part of every banking page for customers who want to know more about the insights of those who work for Lloyds. From a design perspective, I had a guide to work from that was the new branding. There was still a great deal of freedom to make it look like a fresh new section of the site. The design had to flow from the resources page into the Insights filter page into the various article pages. The page needed to look more like a news page, while ensuring that the relevant information is surfaced.
The client at Lloyds was extremely happy with the results and the quality of the design. They even said: “It looks fantastic. A huge improvement to the design and it’s much easier to find relevant information, vastly improving the overall user experience.“
